These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services.
By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

SidVibe Studios provides dubbing, AI voiceover, subtitling, and localization services for digital content creators, studios, and businesses.
Each project scope, delivery timeline, and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Intellectual Property

All translated, dubbed, or localized materials remain the intellectual property of the client once full payment is received.
However, SidVibe Studios retains the right to use small non-confidential samples of work for portfolio or demo purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project details, references, and files required to complete the work.

• Ensure that all content shared (audio, video, script) is legally owned or licensed for use.

• Review and approve project deliverables within the discussed timeframe.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are made via secure gateways (Razorpay, Payoneer, or Paypal).

• Services commence only after initial confirmation or partial advance (as per quotation).

• Refunds are available only if the project has not been initiated or significant work has not been delivered.

• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of service.

5. Revisions and Edits

• We provide one round of reasonable revisions free of charge (within 7 days of delivery).

• Major script or scope changes after completion may incur additional costs.

6. Confidentiality

All client materials and communication are treated as strictly confidential.
SidVibe Studios will not disclose, share, or reuse any project content without written consent.

7. AI and Automation Disclosure

Some voiceover or dubbing processes may use AI-assisted tools (such as ElevenLabs or Dubformer) under human supervision.
SidVibe Studios ensures that final outputs are reviewed, edited, and approved for quality before delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure quality and timely delivery, SidVibe Studios shall not be held liable for:

• Technical delays caused by external systems or platforms.

• Client-side delays, missed deadlines due to incomplete input.

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the deliverables.

9. Use of Samples

Unless otherwise specified, SidVibe Studios may use up to 30 seconds of any delivered work for promotional demos or website samples.
Clients can opt out by emailing hello@sidvibe.com before project completion.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement before completion by written notice.
Any completed portions of the work remain payable by the client.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Madhya Pradesh courts.
